Hello and welcome to Vaneka’s Book Blog (VBB). Here at VBB, I share books written by black and African American authors. My mission is to help readers discover amazing new books written by black and African American authors of a variety of genres. If you love to read and discover new-to-you authors and books, this is just the place for you!
Just so you know, we don’t hype up the big-time authors, like most book blogs. So, if you’re looking for that kind of blog, this is not the one for you.
In my opinion, black and African American authors just don’t get enough love (especially new authors) and I’m doing my part to change that — with this blog and my boutique marketing and publicity agency. They need to be represented just as much as authors of other races.
Most of the authors I highlight write in the following genres: urban fiction, urban romance, African American romance, interracial & multicultural romance, urban christian fiction, mystery, thriller and suspense, and fantasy & paranormal. A large variety of the books I post are available free with a kindle unlimited membership.
